About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
SRE / DevOps Senior Engineer
to join a fast-growing technology team. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure while supporting the production lifecycle of web and mobile applications. The role involves cross-team collaboration, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure (UAT, Preprod, Production)
Ensure system and application performance, optimization, and cost efficiency
Design and maintain automation scripts for deployments (CI/CD)
Collaborate with development and business teams to define infrastructure requirements
Respond to incidents, provide technical support, and participate in on-call rotations
Propose and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Google Cloud Professional Certification (Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer) or Kubernetes certification (CKAD) preferred
5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Public Cloud Engineer roles
3+ years in production management (incidents, monitoring, changes, on-call duties)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration (nodes, pods, Helm charts, RBAC, storage)
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud SQL, Bucket, IAM, Secrets, CMEK, etc.)
Familiarity with ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitLab-CI
Knowledge of MySQL administration
Linux environment expertise, particularly containerized systems
Scripting skills in Shell and Python
Cloud and container security best practices
