On behalf of our government client, Procom is searching for a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer for an initial 6-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer - Job Description:
The Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. The project involves both new development and the enhancement of existing systems to improve business processes and data-driven decision-making.
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer - Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
Customize Dynamics 365 modules and build Power Apps/Power Automate workflows to address business requirements.
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and connectors.
Leverage Power BI to create detailed dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Work with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to gather requirements and meet project milestones.
Ensure the quality and performance of applications by performing testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, following best practices for version control and deployment.
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer - Mandatory Skills:
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Proven experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and release management.
Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and other web development technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
