SailPoint Engineer/Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a SailPoint Engineer/Developer for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
SailPoint Engineer/Developer - Job Description:
The project involves designing, engineering, deploying, and supporting the SailPoint platform, which is part of the Provisioning \& Identity Management product suite. The role focuses on integration and onboarding of systems and applications onto the SailPoint platform, contributing to the development of identity management strategies and technology roadmaps.
SailPoint Engineer/Developer - Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, deploy, and support the SailPoint platform.
Collaborate with business partners, integration consultants, and internal teams.
Develop provisioning and identity management strategies and technology roadmaps.
Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications.
Provide technical consultation as a Subject Matter Expert on SailPoint.
Ensure successful execution of engineering projects and solutions.
Serve as the third and last line of escalation for IAM services.
Create and maintain system documentation and support documents.
SailPoint Engineer/Developer - Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of experience in the implementation, administration, configuration, and support of SailPoint.
10+ years of technical experience with multiple 3rd party IAM solutions.
Experience integrating SailPoint with HR Systems.
Strong understanding of user life cycle, RBAC policies, and provisioning workflows.
Working knowledge of IAM industry standards \& protocols.
Engineering and integration experience.
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies.
SailPoint Engineer/Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, and other languages.
Experience with web technologies like RESTful APIs and JSON.
Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Understanding of Single Sign On, MFA, and Federation.
Exposure to technology risk and information security domains.
