On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior DevOps Engineer, AI for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
Senior DevOps Engineer, AI - Job Description:
The role involves providing critical support and enhancement for Global Asset Management (GAM) technology platforms, focusing on DevOps automation and platform reliability. The project aims to leverage emerging AI capabilities to ensure continuous delivery, platform security, and operational excellence.
Senior DevOps Engineer, AI - Responsibilities:
Provide critical support and enhancement for GAM technology platforms
Focus on DevOps automation and platform reliability
Implement emerging AI capabilities to ensure continuous delivery
Ensure platform security and operational excellence
Build AI-powered tools to accelerate development processes
Senior DevOps Engineer, AI - Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of DevOps engineering experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
Proficiency in Python programming language
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of cloud platforms like OpenShift, Azure, AWS
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Senior DevOps Engineer, AI – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in financial services or regulated industries
Experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks
Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and implementations
Experience with Airflow, Dask, Spark
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
Senior DevOps Engineer, AI – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
