The Role
We’re looking for a
Mid–Senior Fullstack Engineer
with a
frontend focus
to help us shape the face of Workfully.
You’ll work closely with design and product to build high-quality, performant user interfaces using
React
and
Next.js
, ensuring a smooth experience for both recruiters and candidates. You’ll care deeply about design consistency, maintainable code, and frontend architecture that scales.
What You’ll Do
Build user-facing features with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
Ensure design consistency and accessibility across the platform
Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive, high-performing interfaces
Apply clean code and architectural patterns to frontend development
Write maintainable, well-tested code with strong attention to detail
Our Stack
We Work With a Modern TypeScript-based Stack
Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS
Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0
Testing \& CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions
Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
