Within Product Management, we are creating room to further professionalize the department and strengthen our growing product portfolio. That’s why we are looking for a Product Manager who, together with the other product managers, will guide the development, positioning, and lifecycle of our product groups. You bring structure, clarity, and process discipline in a developing team.
You continuously switch between market insights, technical considerations, sales, and production. You translate customer and user needs into improvements or new product concepts and understand how decisions impact commercial opportunities and customer value.
You don’t need to be an experienced product manager. Backgrounds in project management, technical coordination, or similar roles offer a strong foundation. What matters most is that you are curious, willing to take ownership, and motivated to truly understand our products.
You work closely with engineers, safeguard product quality, and ensure our solutions comply with international safety standards. You contribute to process improvements, support Sales with technical inquiries, and represent Prolyte during trainings, trade shows, and user events.
What sets you apart:
You have an affinity with events, stages, concerts, or technology — or you’re eager to develop that passion further.
What will you do?
Providing direction for the further development and lifecycle of the product groups
Translating market and user needs into new products and improvements
Initiating, coordinating and overseeing R\&D and (re)launch projects
Analyzing product performance and market developments, and translating these insights into strategy
Delivering product presentations and training sessions to customers, distributors, and internal teams
Drafting and safeguarding product specifications, quality requirements, and international safety standards
Representing Prolyte at international trade shows and user events
What do you bring?
Bachelor-level mindset; technical affinity is more important than a specific degree
Decisive, analytical, and able to provide clear direction with commercial awareness
Strong communicator, curious, and skilled at gathering and connecting information
Confident in challenging processes and improving ways of working
Able to read technical drawings and understand their impact on product development
Fluent in English
Independent, organized, and able to maintain overview
Willing to travel internationally
Affinity with the events, staging, or entertainment industry is a plus
What do we offer:
At Prolyte, you will step into a role with significant responsibility, freedom, and room to make an impact within an international environment. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
Pension scheme via Zwitserleven
27 vacation days per year + 7 additional ATV days
Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometre
Opportunities for growth and career development within Prolyte and the international group
Laptop \& phone
Lease bike
Sports membership + annual reimbursement for sportswear
Fresh fruit available daily for everyone
An informal organization with short communication lines, open feedback, and a high level of autonomy
Training opportunities and room to further develop yourself within product management
