As our new Product Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering innovative B2B software solutions. You’ll guide new products from concept through to launch, ensuring they align with our vision and deliver meaningful value to our customers. You’ll own your product area end‑to‑end and be accountable for driving its growth and performance.

You’re an experienced Product Manager who genuinely loves what you do, ideally with a background in risk, B2B, or SaaS. You’re a passionate product champion with a strong customer focus delivering market‑ready products that solve real problems and drive engagement and adoption across web and mobile apps.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable leading through discovery, delivery, and iteration, and who enjoys working collaboratively across product, engineering, AI and analytics, partnerships, and go‑to‑market teams to create meaningful, high‑impact outcomes.

You’ll be a great fit if:

Experience with API-driven integrations and mobile app will be highly regarded

Proven experience in a product role involving design and project/products from concept to launch

Experience working in an agile product environment with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Exposure to working with a mix of onshore and offshore development and UX teams

Understand risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management would be highly regarded

Previous experience in B2B SaaS environment

Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve

Be a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders

Experience in writing business requirements, business cases

Understanding and experience in design led and user experience led product development

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management experience

You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!

You come with demonstrated experience and understanding of GRC frameworks

You are great with systems and will use multiple systems to execute your daily tasks

Partnering and coordinating with various parts of the business when required as well as maintaining strong relationships across the sales teams
