Role
Weâre looking for a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, growth, and field marketing. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness as we scale. Youâll design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results, strengthen our digital presence, and work closely with sales to accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and wants to build the foundation for a scalable marketing engine.
What Youâll Do
Campaign Execution â Plan, launch, and refine multi-channel demand generation campaigns to consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Digital Marketing â Lead SEO, paid search, and content strategy to optimize customer acquisition.
Lead Management â Partner with sales to deliver, track, and report on MQLs and SQLs in HubSpot, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) â Design and run campaigns targeting strategic accounts to generate qualified opportunities.
Field Marketing â Support sales with regional events, industry conferences, webinars, and sponsorships; oversee planning, execution, and post-event ROI analysis.
Content Strategy â Develop and manage case studies, blog posts, and newsletters to engage prospects and strengthen brand presence.
Marketing Tools \& Automation â Build email nurtures and campaign assets in HubSpot, optimizing the marketing tech stack.
Analytics \& Reporting â Monitor performance metrics and share insights to improve campaign ROI.
What Weâre Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing (SaaS preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, with MQL generation as a core responsibility.
Strong grasp of ABM, field marketing, and multi-channel campaigns (SEM, display, email, social, events).
Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, operations, and design.
Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to grow and succeed.

Compensation
OTE: C$120,000 â C$170,000
Bonus: Performance-based, tied to MQL generation and pipeline contribution
