Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for Learning Solutions and Systems
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead initiatives in process re-engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and support the department’s digital learning solutions, systems and training operations. This role will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and implementing automation solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery of the learning initiatives of the organisation. This includes providing technical support, managing learning / training systems and websites, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Responsibilities
Process re-engineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Analyse and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Lead and manage end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.
Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Apps / Power Automate, Excel Macros, etc.
Develop documentation including process maps, solution designs, and user guides.
Provide training and support to business users on new processes and automation tools.
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in process improvement and automation.
Digital learning solutions, systems and training operations
Provide ICT technical support for hardware and software including basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, user guidance and events set up and support.
Assist and support the setup of new learning / training systems and enhancement projects of the existing systems.
Day to day administration of the various systems including user access control (add/remove users, etc.).
Provide prompt technical support to users such as resolving system bugs / issues, guiding and training users on the use of the systems.
Co-ordinate with relevant parties including ICT departments and external vendors on technical support, regular maintenance, patches and updates, IT security of the systems/websites.
Perform regular systems audit review to ensure compliance on governance and security.
Manage department’s file server such as granting access and conduct regular review of access to ensure compliance with the organisation’s IT policy.
Build, maintain and support department’s data analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI.
Research and implement learning technologies and digitalisation tools and platforms to promote learning effectiveness (both hardware and software).
Any other tasks as assigned by the department.
Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in process improvement and RPA development using UiPath
Certification in RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Certified Developer) and process re-engineering (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience working with .NET classes and objects
Experience in markup languages (e.g. HTML, XML)
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. C#, Python, Java, VBScript).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
