Responsibilities
Automating tasks to streamline operations processes.
Handling server incidents promptly and efficiently.
Maintaining on-premise servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Acting as the first-tier support for server-related issues.
Automating linear ticketing based on alerting systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proficiency in Linux system administration.
Strong programming skills in Python, and Bash scripting.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
Ability to work in shifting schedules, including middle and night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience or internships in a related field would be a plus.
