to help us turn a strong product into something people actually adopt, use, and pay for.

Get insights without waiting on analysts

The Role: Product / Growth Operator

This is a

hands-on operator role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of:

Product

Users

Growth

Your job is to make sure:

People understand the product

People actually use it

Usage turns into retention and revenue

You’ll work directly with the founder and engineering.

What You’ll Do

Turn user behavior into product decisions

Define onboarding, activation, and core flows

Identify friction points and remove them fast

Run experiments around usage, adoption, and retention

Work closely with sales on demos, feedback, and objections

Help shape positioning through real user insight

Who This Is For

You’ll do well here if:

You’ve worked on

early-stage SaaS products

You like shipping, testing, and iterating quickly

You’re comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
