YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, Marketplaces or Digital Industry
Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes (Merchandising, Fulfilment, Product onboarding, Customer Service, etc.) and KPIs. Ability to translate business requirements to technical requests
Strong analytical skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial
Ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reporting. Provide clear and relevant business requirements to BI analysts to create new / improve existing tools
Commercial mindset and ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
YOUR MISSION
Be responsible for your own PUMA direct-to-consumer business with assigned marketplace channels (like Amazon, About You, Decathlon, eBay, OTTO, Zalando)
Monitor commercial performance and drive operational actions to achieve commercial targets – primarily Sales and Profitability
Leverage data to develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability
Drive complex cross functional initiatives across multiple eCom functions – Merchandising, Category Mgmt., Marketing, Content or Operations
Monitor promotional marketing activities and ensure alignment to business targets
Prepare commercial and operational forecasts to ensure high service levels and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate closely with the key account management of the respective marketplaces
Identify, assess and create proposals for new market opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project manage implementation of strategic initiatives
Challenge status quo, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies to improve operational setup.
