Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap and prioritization for our evidence synthesis platform
Work directly with founders to shape product strategy and vision
Conduct user research with pharmaceutical researchers and clinicians
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship features
Run product experiments and iterate based on user feedback
Build and maintain product documentation and specifications
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
Strong understanding of user research and data-driven decision making
Experience working with technical teams and AI/ML products
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in healthcare, medical research, or scientific workflows
