Production Manager – Pure Product Australia

We are looking for a motivated and curious Production Manager who is eager to deepen their expertise in supplement manufacturing and play a key role in our ongoing success.

Tasks \& Responsibilities
Monitoring production processes to ensure manufacturing objectives and product quality standards are achieved.
Working with the supply chain coordinator to plan and schedule production batches for powders, blends, and packaged products.
Ensuring any equipment breakdowns or operational issues are communicated promptly to the Maintenance Department and working closely with maintenance teams on troubleshooting.
Collaborating with management to establish and implement best-practice production routines and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working to achieve a zero-harm workplace environment and continually improving Safety, Health \& Environmental performance.
Coordinating hygiene and sanitation staff activities and ensuring required food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Managing production work rosters, staffing requirements, and leave scheduling.
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, quality assurance, and manufacturing procedures, including HACCP and relevant regulatory standards.
Ensuring all products are manufactured to meet Pure Product Australia’s quality specifications and customer expectations.
Qualifications \& Skills Required
Team leadership and the ability to guide and support production staff.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to manufacturing processes and procedures.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess multiple factors in fast-paced production environments.
Advanced computer and software skills
Experience in production, manufacturing, or process-driven environments (food, supplement, or nutraceutical manufacturing highly regarded).

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
