Seeking experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in database management and data modelling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large datasets, building efficient data pipelines, and transforming raw data into analytics-ready models for reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain database structures to support data analytics and reporting needs.
Perform data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes for various data sources.
Create denormalized datasets from raw data to enable efficient Power BI consumption.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful dashboards.
Optimize data queries and ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipeline automation and efficiency.
Key Skills
Database management and SQL expertise.
Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau.
Ability to create optimized, denormalized data models for analytics use cases.
Python programming skills – good to have.
