Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Engineer at Puul, located in Monterrey, NL, with flexibility for remote work. The Backend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end architectures of our web applications and software. They will work with a team of developers and designers to create efficient and effective user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Qualifications
Candidates meet at least some (ideally all) of the following:
Strong knowledge of Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Full-Stack Development
Proficient in coding languages such as Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and HTML
Experience with API design and development and web sockets
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Experience with version control systems such as Git, bitbucket
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Experience with GCP and mobil app development and analytics tools (Firebase)(Sentry)
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Google maps API
Knowledge and experience of algorithm construction and optimization
