be part of**

As a DevOps Engineering Manager, you will

enable and

support

the

implementation of DevOps practices and automation for data platforms, enabling CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence across Azure, Fabric, and Databricks environments

Responsibilities include:

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent DevOps projects focused on data platforms for our clients.

Collaboratively design and manage CI/CD pipelines for data solutions across Azure, Fabric, and Databricks.

Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of data workloads to ensure reliability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into data engineering and analytics workflows.

Advocate operational excellence, security, and compliance in all DevOps processes.

Collaborate and communicate openly (both verbal and written) with IT personnel, executives, and user communities.

Experiences and skills:

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps, Databricks, Terraform) are highly desirable.

5+ years of proven experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on data platforms and cloud environments.

Demonstrated experience with Azure, Fabric, and Databricks, including automation, deployment, and monitoring.

Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational best practices for data workloads.

Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects at scale.
