Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack PHP Developer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about building high-quality web applications and enjoy working across both frontend and backend technologies, we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a brand-new business website. Working in our Morecambe office on a full time basis, you will form part of the company’s IT Team and report to the IT Manager and Assistant IT Manager.
You will be expected to:
Liaise with the marketing team to plan and implement website requirements
Have a keen eye for detail and ability to visually match development to design
Develop quickly and at a high quality
Develop a responsive and fast website to the latest standards
Be able to work primarily independently as well as part of a team
You will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as experience of the following :
PHP
Sessions
Login and authentication systems
Connecting to database backend
MySQL or other database systems
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
JSON
Experience with API Implementations/integrations may be advantageous and experience with vanilla PHP may be beneficial as maintaining legacy products may be required.
