We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and expansion of QCSS Health's solutions into new markets and new customers within existing markets. This role is highly execution-focused and will work at the intersection of product, implementation, engineering, and customer teams to ensure our solutions are successfully deployed, adopted, and scaled.
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from translating market and customer needs into product requirements, through configuration, launch, and post-implementation optimization. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in operational environments and enjoys turning strategy into repeatable, scalable delivery.

Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for implementing QCSS Health solutions in new markets and for new customers within existing markets.
Partner closely with implementation, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful, on-time deployments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Translate market-specific, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, and configuration guidance.
Serve as the primary product owner during implementations, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical feasibility, and product standards.
Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and scale implementation processes across markets and customers.
Collaborate with engineering to prioritize enhancements and configuration capabilities that reduce implementation complexity and time to value.
Support customer onboarding by providing product expertise, documentation, and implementation best practices.
Work with internal stakeholders to define success metrics for implementations and drive continuous improvement based on outcomes and feedback.
Act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and leadership to ensure product decisions align with real-world implementation needs.
Ensure solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations and market-specific requirements (e.g., MLTSS program variations).
Qualifications And Experience
5+ years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare or health technology.
Demonstrated experience supporting product implementations, customer onboarding, or market expansions.
Proven ability to translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, implementation, and customer-facing teams.
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent implementations.
Detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Location/Travel
Position is available remotely
QCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MA
Travel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person events and periodic in-person company meetings
Hiring Process
The initial screen will be a 30-minute video call
The first interview will be a 60-minute video call
The final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video call
The final step of the process will be a reference check
