Job DescriptionYour Key Responsibilities:
I. Product Management:
Play a key leadership role in effectively optimize our product replacement project, working with commercial, marketing, supplier chain and technical teams
Develop and align organization on product strategies and aligned set of actions
Collaborate with marketing, R and commercial teams to guide key product development
Manage key decisions throughout product lifecycle, including product development and commercialization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R, sales, and marketing to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
II. Capability building:
Establish and run a strong product management cadence of reviews, to ensure alignment and decision making on product choices across the organization
Developing standard work\& standard monthly deliverables to support the product management cadence
Be a focal point for communicating product line choices and decisions across the organization
Coach, guide, support and bolster our business stakeholders to make better business decisions in support of serving the customers
Your Qualification Profile:
Bachelor's degree required in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred
5+ years of experience in industrial, chemical or materials company
Understanding of the PCB and Electronic plating technology preferred
Track record of delivering results, building capability and working with leadership teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
