Account Executive - Hong Kong
Why We Have This Role
Weâre looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Hong Kong who will own all sales activities within their assigned territory. You will lead prospecting, lead generation, sales calls, and manage the entire sales cycleâfrom proposal to contract negotiation and deal closure. Your impact will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional integrity, quality, and customer service. Youâll collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the marketing team to grow Qualtricsâ footprint across key industries including mid-size to large companies, governments, NPOs, and academic institutions.

Things Youâll Do
Lead all sales activities in your territory, from identifying prospects to closing deals, driving incremental product revenue
Acquire new clients and negotiate sales of Qualtricsâ Experience Management platform to mid-sized and large organizations
Guide potential customers through tailored sales presentations that demonstrate how Qualtrics features meet their specific needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders in client organizations
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and follow up on event and trade show leads
Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends to shape winning proposals, pricing, and offers
Represent Qualtrics at conferences and industry events to deepen market presence and generate leads
What Weâre Looking For On Your Resume
Bachelorâs degree or higher
6+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in SaaS or related technology sales
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Hong Kong or similar markets
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
Experience with cold calling and pipeline development
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools
Highly competitive, self-motivated, and with a strong work ethic
