About Quantilia
Quantilia designs and delivers reporting and data management solutions for financial institutions. We operate in a pure B2B environment, working directly with banking and financial services executives who require high standards in reliability, security, and delivery quality.
Role Overview
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of client-facing delivery projects from initial discovery through implementation and go-live. You will act as the primary interface between the client and Quantilia’s technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, realistic planning, rigorous execution, and transparent reporting.
You will be expected to understand business needs, translate them into implementable technical requirements, anticipate risks and constraints, and drive delivery excellence. In parallel, you will identify opportunities to extend the scope of services and propose relevant upsells aligned with client value and Quantilia’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client leadership and delivery ownership
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Quantilia clients, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
Structure and run client workshops to capture objectives, constraints, priorities, and success criteria.
Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Align client expectations with Quantilia’s technical constraints, product roadmap, and delivery methodology.
Ensure projects remain controlled in terms of change requests, scope evolution, and commitments.
Project execution and team coordination
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and delivery dashboards.
Coordinate internal contributors (engineering, data, product, QA, support), assigning actions and tracking outcomes.
Monitor progress of the technical team and ensure delivery remains predictable, measurable, and well documented.
Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively, facilitating fast decision-making.
Drive quality practices (testing, validation, release readiness, documentation) through to production.
Stakeholder management and reporting
Lead steering committees, progress reviews, and decision meetings with client stakeholders.
Communicate status, risks, mitigation plans, and next steps with clarity and authority.
Provide structured reporting to Quantilia management, including delivery health, client satisfaction, and escalation items.
Ensure smooth alignment between delivery progress, contractual commitments, and financial objectives.
Value expansion and upsell contribution
Identify opportunities to expand project scope through additional modules, data services, integrations, reporting enhancements, or support packages.
Propose upsells in a consultative manner, demonstrating measurable business value to the client.
Collaborate with Sales and Management to prepare commercial proposals and ensure continuity of delivery commitments.
Maintain a long-term, trusted advisor relationship to increase retention and growth.
