Your future role within QRT

Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and robustness

Collaborate with trading, operations, and quant teams to understand requirements and rapidly deliver internal tools and dashboards

Develop APIs, data pipelines, and microservices to integrate with trading platforms, databases, and external market data providers

Build rich and interactive frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)

Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in production

Implement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation

Ensure secure handling of financial and trade data in line with industry standards

Your present skillset

5+ years of full stack development experience in a production environment

Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or Go

Experience designing and working with REST APIs or GraphQL

Proficient with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular

Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases

Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus

Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP

Pay: From $160,000.00 per year
