Salary: up to 7300 SGD (depending on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java Spring Framework, including RESTful APIs, batch jobs, and web-based user interfaces.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality code and continuous integration.
Optimize application performance and scalability across various modules.
Ensure secure development practices, including identification and remediation of open-source vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional team and division to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
Proactive collaboration to lead identify and escalating impediments or risks that require attention to keep the project on track.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring, message exchange (JSON, Solace message bus) development in online processing, batch and web portals with production support experiences.
Skills and Knowledge
Good understanding of open-source libraries, their usage and vulnerability management.
Strong experience with test automation tools such as Junit other automation test tools, including if any self-development tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Octopus, Bitbucket and other CI/CD tools.
Experience integration with external tools like ELK would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and strong analytical and engineering skills to synthesize information and present status clearly and effectively.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to make decisions and drive execution with minimal supervision.
