Create training data and provide expert feedback to enhance coding model performance across Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Review \& Ranking
Analyse AI-generated solutions across multiple languages
Rank accuracy, efficiency, and best practices against expert standards
Identify edge cases, optimisation failures, and common pitfalls
Training Dataset Creation
Write CS prompts and generate reference solutions
Document reasoning, algorithms, and implementation choices
Create evaluation datasets teaching proper coding patterns
Bilingual Technical Documentation
Provide detailed feedback explaining code issues and fixes
Articulate complex concepts fluently in Indonesian + English
Document optimisation techniques and problem-solving approaches
Required Skills \& Qualifications
CS Bachelor's degree or higher
Expert in 2+ languages: Java/Python/JS/TS/C++/Swift/Verilog
Native/Fluent Indonesian + Advanced English technical writing
Competitive programming or code review experience
Strong debugging and optimisation skills
