As part of Edenred BeLux, you will be working as an IT Proxy Product Owner in one of the multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
The scope of the Front Team
is on the lead
to manage all the front applications of Edenred Belgium and Luxembourg
for all our stakeholders: Users, Clients \& Merchants. This includes MyEdenred Mobile/Web applications and Leads2Win. You will
be part of
a team of analysts, testers, developers and a Scrum Master. You will report to Edenred’s Front PO and Edenred’s CTO.
As an IT Proxy Product Owner, you will be accountable for the product and the service delivered according to a specific scope defined with your Product Owner.
You will provide clarity to the team about a current and next release by keeping up to date release plan and confluence documentation. You will be involved in new feature analysis and jira issues resolution. Your time will be divided between an analyst role and a product owner role.
The key stakeholders for this position are:
Internal:
developers, product owners, business analysts from the whole IT department
product managers, process owners/team leaders and managers,
External:
Users, customers (e.g. key account, social secretaries) and partners.
As an IT Proxy Product Owner, you will be in charge of:
Defining a product vision and strategy in collaboration with your Product Owner:
Building and defending the project roadmap
Defining, creating, and enriching the product backlog
Manage and oversee the development backlog, ensuring proper coordination with the Portfolio Manager
Communicate to process owner the process to update
Validate release note
Provide IT expertise on the new release impact assessment
Defining priorities with key stakeholders and handling the relationship with them
Being responsible of product delivery validation
Defining acceptance criteria and ensuring features and user stories meet them.
In collaboration with the whole team composing and validating User Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to a high standard.
Ensuring that product dependencies on other products, functionalities and teams are well understood and tackled.
Maintaining conceptual \& technical integrity of the features/components with the support of the infrastructure \& architecture teams.
Supporting and monitoring: ensuring high level of supporter operations according to SLAs.
Setting up incident management process to define root causes and solutions while setting up adequate monitoring for proactive detection of malfunctions.
Provide IT expertise to the Product Manager for prioritizing product development requests
Project management:
Helping during the PI Planning for the PO, the scrum master and the team.
Having the role of Scrum ambassador with the participation in all ceremonies.

You have a proven track record (minimum 3 years) in the digital field as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager.
You have proficiency in:
Agile Product Management with Atlassian
Jira \& Confluence
and
Azure DevOps
Using collaboration \& communication tools (Teams, Figjam/Miro, Office 365… )
Fluency in
English and French or Dutch
.
You can demonstrate:
Strong, assertive personality capable of leading through challenging situations.
Organizational and methodic with your documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging and influencing.
Strong customer orientation \& multi-level stakeholders management.

Permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week).
Location: Brussels (Auderghem)
