Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) - 6 months Contract - Auckland

The Role
Are you a Senior Developer who loves building end-to-end? This role offers the opportunity to own key parts of a modern stack, from scalable backend architecture to sleek, intuitive front-end UIs. You will work on everything from infrastructure and API design to high-fidelity MVPs. We are looking for a pragmatic engineer who cares about why they are building, not just what they are building.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of delivering modern, scalable web applications.
Frontend: Expert-level skills in React.js and TypeScript.
Backend: Strong experience with backend frameworks (Python/Django is a significant advantage).
API \& Data: Proficiency in REST/GraphQL and solid database fundamentals (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Cloud \& DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform (IaC), and Docker.
Workflow: Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and running production systems with high reliability.
Mindset: A mentor-level engineer with a bias toward action and continuous deployment.
