This role involves collaborating with our internal cross-functional teams, including development and business stakeholders, to ensure our technical solutions perfectly align with our business objectives. What you’ll do
Translating Vision into Reality:You'll be the voice of our users and business stakeholders, expertly gathering their needs and objectives.
You will actively listen and collaborate to translate their wants and needs into clear, actionable features (user stories and functional specifications) for our development teams to build.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and observation.
Process Optimization \& Creative Problem Solving:
Analyze our current business processes and workflows, identifying friction points and using your creativity to propose smarter, more efficient solutions and improvements.
Develop process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to clearly represent business processes and systems.
Clear Communication \& Documentation:
Develop and maintain documentation (including system designs, user manuals, and product specs) that is clear, concise, and accessible to everyone—from engineers to business leaders.
Ensure that all documentation follows consistent standards and templates.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Act as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and alignment.
Present findings, recommendations, and documentation to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and refine requirements.

A technical degree or a readiness to acquire new skills.
Open to 0 - 2 years of experience and able to prove proficiency as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or comparable role across various industries.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into plain language.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks is preferred.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, Jira, and diagramming tools like Canva or Figma is preferred.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship, and must not currently reside in California.
CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $62,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and years of relevant experience.
