Systems Engineering \& Test Capabilities (SE\&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers.
What You Will Do
The P3 Stack I\&T Production Engineer will serve as the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for assembling, integrating, testing and troubleshooting electronic units, resulting in compliant Stack deliveries to our adopting programs. The REA will also be responsible for dispositioning complex test and workmanship failures, documenting build and pedigree history, preparing hardware acceptance review packages and presenting them to the adopting programs. The REA will also be maintaining the Stack Technical Data Package (TDP), processing change notices and variances and collaborating with Operations (OPS) and Quality Assurance (QA) to mature the Stack Assembly and Test process flow. Additionally, on a limited basis, the REA will work closely with software developers to review, debug, and provide feedback on future updates to stack acceptance test software
Responsibilities include:
Integration, Testing and Troubleshooting and resolve issues in electronic units.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and correct complex failures.
Document all failures accurately.
Develop and implement disposition plans for failed units.
Hardware Acceptance and Review:
Prepare hardware acceptance review packages.
Ensure all hardware meets required specifications and standards.
Mentor P1 junior engineers in troubleshooting, testing, and documentation processes.
Provide training and support as needed.
Maintain and update stack Technical Data Packages (TDP).
Ensure all changes are documented and implemented correctly.
Work closely with Operations (OPS) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with electronic unit troubleshooting and testing, especially for RF subsystems.
Experience in documenting and dispositioning complex failures.
Experience preparing hardware acceptance review packages.
Experience in maintaining Technical Data Package (TDP).
Experience processing changes notices and variances.
Experience reviewing/debugging Python and/or C++ code for bench test software.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
