Razor is looking for an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support APIs for Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Bulk Data, and DocumentReference workflows within a health insurance interoperability ecosystem.
Education \& Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
No certifications required; none preferred.
100% Remote Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy APIs
Build and maintain API clients and integration interfaces
Configure/manage API gateways
Implement secure authentication: OAuth2, SMART on FHIR, mTLS
Develop logging, monitoring, and error handling frameworks
Support provider onboarding and certification
Collaborate with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Troubleshoot integration issues
Contribute to API documentation and implementation guides
Qualifications
3+ years API/system integration experience
Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SMART on FHIR, mTLS
Experience with API gateways (Apigee, Kong, AWS, etc.)
Experience with JSON, XML, healthcare data standards
Familiarity with CMS Interoperability \& Prior Auth regulations
Desired Skills
Cloud‐native development (AWS/Azure/GCP)
CI/CD and DevOps experience
