To further enhance our products and services, we are inviting experienced and passionate cross-border payment product managers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and designing merchant-side products, including KYC processes, backend review, etc. Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand product goals.
Deeply understand customer needs, segment product design according to customer types, and continuously iterate products to meet market demands.
Use data mining and competitor analysis to improve user experience and onboarding efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as compliance, engineering, legal, operations, and quality assurance in the product planning and development process.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably with experience in cross-border payment or e-commerce merchant products.
Strong data analysis and mining capabilities; able to drive product optimization through data insights.
Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to effectively drive project progress.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills, able to clearly and accurately convey complex technical and business concepts.
Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
Position based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
