Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on MERN Stack Developer with strong backend \& API development expertise. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning backend architecture, building scalable APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating closely with frontend and product teams.
You’ll work on real-world production systems, not just CRUD apps.
Key Responsibilities: Backend \& API Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js \& Express.js
Build secure authentication \& authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)
Handle high-performance backend logic, async flows, and error handling
Optimize APIs for speed, scalability, and security
Database \& Architecture
Design schemas and manage MongoDB (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
Work with relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) when required
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend code
Implement caching (Redis preferred)
Frontend (MERN)
Develop responsive UI using React.js
Integrate frontend with backend APIs
State management using Redux / Context API
DevOps \& Best Practices
Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
Write unit \& integration tests
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
