We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in the Harness CI/CD platform to support production environments, pipeline governance, automation, and compliance-driven delivery.### Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Harness CI/CD pipelines for production workloads
Implement and enforce pipeline governance, quality gates, and deployment standards
Provide production support for CI/CD systems and releases
Ensure compliance with SOX / ITGC audit requirements
Collaborate with security, audit, and development teams to maintain compliant and secure DevOps practices
Develop automation using scripting (Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML)
Troubleshoot CI/CD failures and improve reliability \& observability
Required Skills
Expert-level experience with Harness (Workflows, Pipelines, Services, Governance, Templates)
Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, Git, GitOps, artifact management
Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and audit controls
Scripting experience: Python / Shell / Groovy / YAML
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
Monitoring \& logging tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
