Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer to design, develop, customize, and support contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys Engage, along with solid integration, scripting, and troubleshooting skills to deliver high-quality customer engagement solutions. Required Skills \& Qualifications
Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage
Hands-on experience with:
Genesys Architect / Composer
IVR and call routing strategies
Outbound and inbound call flows
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integrations
Good understanding of SIP, VoIP, and contact center technologies
Experience with SQL / databases
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Genesys certifications (GCP, GCE, or equivalent)
Experience with Omnichannel solutions (chat, email, messaging, social)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise contact centers
