Job Description Hiring: Network L1 DataLocation: Mexico (CDMX / Guadalajara / Monterrey / Querétaro)Job Type: Contract / Full-TimeJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Network L1 Data Engineer/Analyst to support day-to-day network monitoring, data validation, incident logging, and basic troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience working with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network alerts and dashboards (L1 support)Log incidents and raise tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issuesValidate network-related data, reports, and device inventorySupport escalation to L2/L3 teams with proper documentationTrack SLA, outage reports, and daily operational updatesMaintain accurate records and follow SOPs✅ Required SkillsBasic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls (basic)Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds / Nagios / Zabbix – any)Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow / Remedy – any)Strong communication and documentation skillsWillingness to work in shifts if required Nice to Have*
