Assistant Engineer (HKE) (Ref.: HKE/28/1206)
Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day engineering work, supervise work progress, and coordinate various activities at construction projects.
Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures.
Perform site coordination work with sub-contractors, suppliers, and government departments.
Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Work Location: Lamma Power Station
Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of solid site working experience in building services / electrical installation.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), scheduling appointments, and updating calendars.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Holder of a valid class 1 and 2 driving license an advantage.
Benefits and Package:
12-month Contract with gratuity (working as secondee for The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd.)
Working Hour: 8:45 a.m. – 5:50 p.m. with a lunch break from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
13 days Annual Leave
Overtime: Working on Saturdays and Public Holidays may be required to suit site work progress. Time off will be compensated for overtime work.
