Responsibilities:
Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;
Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
Participate in other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in MVAC / Electrical / Building Services or related discipline;
At least 2 years’ experience in handling minor A\&I and Maintenance work of Private sector or EMSD term contract ;
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
