Job Summary
We are looking for experienced UI Engineers with strong frontend and backend expertise to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud-native deployments, and automated testing, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using
Next.js
and
React.js
.
Build and support backend services using
Node.js
and
GraphQL
.
Implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures using
TypeScript
and
JavaScript
.
Work with
feature flagging tools
such as LaunchDarkly to enable controlled feature rollouts.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using
GitHub Actions
.
Manage secure application configurations using
Vault
and certificate management solutions.
Deploy and maintain applications on
AWS
(S3, CloudFront).
Containerize and orchestrate applications using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Write and maintain
unit, integration, and automated UI tests
to ensure application quality.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills \& Experience
7+ years of experience in frontend development using
Next.js
and
React.js
.
Strong proficiency in
TypeScript
and
JavaScript
.
Hands-on experience with
Node.js
and
GraphQL
.
Experience with
feature flagging
tools (LaunchDarkly preferred).
Strong understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
, preferably using GitHub Actions.
Experience with
AWS services

Solid experience with
Docker

Strong background in
automated testing
(unit, integration, and UI testing).
