About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Senior BizOps Engineer
to join a high-performing global technology team delivering enterprise-grade integration and platform services for large-scale financial and digital systems.
This team focuses on ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability across multiple integration domains including APIs, event gateways, messaging systems, edge services, and secure file transfer solutions.
You’ll work closely with development and product teams to enhance operational excellence, automation, and system resilience across complex distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering teams to ensure services are production-ready with the right monitoring, alerting, and deployment frameworks.
Lead
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
initiatives to drive scalability, high availability, and automation.
Design and improve
CI/CD pipelines
, automating deployments and operational processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Chef.
Contribute to
ITSM best practices
, risk management, and compliance efforts.
Build self-healing systems that minimize downtime and improve mean time to recovery.
Conduct sustainable incident response and
blameless post-mortems
.
Maintain and evolve automation workflows for certificate renewal, routing, alerting, and reporting using tools such as
Ansible
and
Venafi
.
Collaborate across global teams to deliver safe, sound, and reliable platform services.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills (in order of importance):
NGINX / CI-CD / DevOps Concepts / SRE Mindset
Proven understanding of operational resilience, automation, and reliability engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with
NGINX
configuration and performance tuning.
Experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines

Java + Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace / Splunk)
Working knowledge of
Java-based applications
.
Proficiency using
Dynatrace
and/or
Splunk
for monitoring, log analysis, and performance insights.
Jenkins / Git + Cloud (AWS / Azure)
Strong experience managing build pipelines in
Jenkins
and version control via

Practical exposure to
