SUMMARY:
We are seeking a user-focused Product Manager with strong product owner capabilities to lead one of our core domains (Member, Diagnostics, etc) within our telehealth platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and key stakeholders to deliver digital health solutions that enhance virtual care for both patients and providers.
In this role you will own a core domain end-to-end - driving product strategy, managing the roadmap, and acting as the Product Owner to maintain the backlog, write user stories, and guide agile development. Success requires strong product instincts, a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
You should be familiar with APIs, cloud-based systems, mobile applications, EHR/EMR integrations, and/or a related discipline. Translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into simple, scalable, and compliant user experiences is essential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own a core product domain within the telehealth platform, leading its strategy, roadmap, and execution from concept through delivery and iteration.
Act as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies - managing the backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories, and ensuring features are delivered on time and meet acceptance criteria.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Compliance, and other stakeholders to define solutions that meet user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct user research and gather feedback from patients, providers, and internal users to inform product decisions and validate features.
Translate complex healthcare and technical requirements into simple, scalable, and compliant digital experiences that support both patients and providers.
Define domain KPIs and what success looks like using metrics and qualitative feedback, then use those insights to drive prioritization and ongoing improvements.
Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or SaaS platforms
Deep understanding of telehealth delivery models, user-centered design, patient/provider workflows, and/or healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR integrations)
Strong technical background and/or ability to work closely with engineering teams (APIs, architecture, data flow)
Proven ability to manage products through full lifecycle – from discovery to delivery to iteration
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred: Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner
Preferred: Experience with Product Analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, UserPilot, etc.
LOCATION PREFERENCES:
This role is open to Remote, with preference to candidates located in MN. MN-based candidate would ideally be hybrid with at least 2 days in office each week to work directly with on-site team members in our Minneapolis Office.
