DevOps Engineer
to join its dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of data pipelines and applications.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has:
A completed
technical WO or HBO education
(with WO-level working and thinking).
2+ years of experience
in DevOps (preferably in data platforms or cloud environments).
Hands-on experience with
IaC tools
(Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
Proven ability to create/manage
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Strong knowledge of
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with
containerization (Docker)
and
orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE)
.
Proficiency in scripting (
Python, Bash, PowerShell
).
Solid understanding of
networking, security, and monitoring
in cloud environments.
Excellent collaboration skills and cross-functional team experience.
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional proficiency in
Dutch and English
.
Nice-to-haves:
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus).
Exposure to
data engineering concepts
and pipelines.
What you’ll do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will:
Design and maintain DevOps data platforms using
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Build and implement
CI/CD pipelines
to streamline builds, testing, and deployments for data applications.
Deploy and manage scalable, secure infrastructure for data platforms in the cloud.
Focus on
automation
, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with
data engineers, developers, and architects
to embed DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle.
Support infrastructure and deployments, minimizing downtime.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, enabling teams to self-serve deployment solutions.
