: Remote (Poland) What You Will Need for the Role:* React Native: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying mobile applications for
iOS and Android using React Native.* JavaScript / TypeScript: Strong proficiency with ES6+ and TypeScript for scalable, maintainable
codebases.* Mobile Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation
patterns, and state management libraries (Redux / MobX / Recoil).* API Integration: Proven experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handling
authentication, caching, and performance optimization.* UI/UX Implementation: Expertise in implementing pixel-perfect, responsive UI components and
animations based on Figma or design mockups.* Native Modules: Experience working with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
modules is a strong plus.* Testing \& Debugging: Proficiency with Jest, Detox, or similar frameworks for unit and end-to-end
testing.* App Deployment: Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play
Store.* Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab workflows and CI/CD integration for mobile
pipelines.* Performance Monitoring: Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Sentry, or AppCenter for performance
monitoring and crash analytics. Soft Skills \& Attributes:* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Backend).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality mobile experiences.
Good to Have:* Experience with React.js for web development.
Exposure to fintech or trading applications.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance tuning.
