We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manager, Digital Acquisition to play a key role in growing our digital presence and customer base. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital products and marketing strategies to drive new member sign-ups, customer acquisition, and direct revenue growth across our website, mobile app, and WeChat Mini Program.

Based at our headquarters, you will collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams, leveraging your expertise in product development, digital marketing, analytics, to ensure our digital channels deliver measurable impact. As a key player in our growth efforts, you will drive innovation, build high-impact acquisition marketing campaigns, and establish strategic partnerships that elevate the brand, enhance market penetration, and accelerate revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies to grow membership and drive customer engagement.

Drive the end-to-end development and execution of digital product enhancements, from ideation to launch and iteration.

Leverage UI/UX principles, user insights, and emerging digital trends to build and deploy new campaign features to improve user experience and drive customer acquisition across digital platforms (website, app, WeChat Mini Program), aimed at enhancing brand visibility and capturing new market segments.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth development and integration of digital marketing campaigns. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

Monitor campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Conduct A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and other research to identify opportunities for improvement.

Communi What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Digital Business, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in digital product management, marketing, or a related role, with minimum. 2 years at managerial grade leading project implementation. Prior experience in start-up environments or high-growth companies is preferred.

Proven ability to define success metrics, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements.

Expertise in full-funnel marketing, from lead generation to conversion, and optimizing across various digital and traditional channels.

Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies to drive growth.

Exposure to travel or hospitality sectors is preferred.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies, product roadmaps.

Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools for performance tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, web \& app product development, and technology integration patterns.

Understanding of marketing analytics tools and digital marketing technologies (e.g. SEO, SEM, CRM), knowledge of media strategies and the role of digital channels in customer acquisition. Familiarity with China’s media strategy landscape and platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, and Douyin is a bonus.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
