Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end applications for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborating with product designers, product managers, and other engineers to build user-friendly, high-performance software.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
Writing and Implementing comprehensive use cases and test cases for APIs and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising existing systems for performance and scalability.
Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining quality standards.
Utilize expertise to optimize legacy algorithms for improved software performance.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, and optimization to improve productivity and reduce development time.
Ensure responsible and secure use of AI, including data privacy and cost optimization.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team lead.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong proficiency in backend languages (Node.js and PHP).
Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and expertise in Object Oriented Design and Database Design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Commitment to following coding best practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, MySQL, TypeScript, TypeORM, JavaScript
