We’re a successful UK property business gearing up to launch an exciting new tech venture in 2026 — and we’re looking for a talented developer to lead it from day one.
This is a true greenfield build. You’ll shape the product, choose the tech, and head up a brand-new division focused on creating something innovative for the property space. We can’t reveal too much yet… but trust us, it’s big.
What you’ll do
Lead the development of our new property tech project from scratch.
Work directly with the founders on product direction and technical vision.
Build the first version end-to-end and help form the future engineering team.
Make the key decisions on architecture, stack, and infrastructure.
What we think you’ll need

Strong full-stack experience (e.g., React/Next.js + Node.js/Python).
Experience building scalable APIs and modern web apps.
Solid database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to own a project and work independently.
A product-focused mindset and willingness to build, test, iterate.

Pay: £35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
