Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carl's Jr Brand Manager located in New Zealand. The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Carl's Jr brand, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all touchpoints. Key duties include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The role also involves competitor analysis, maintaining partnerships, and driving customer engagement to increase brand visibility and profitability.
Qualifications
Marketing Strategy, Market Trends Analysis, and Budget Management skills
Brand Management, Competitor Analysis, and Customer Engagement experience
Project Management and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the food retail industry is a plus
Ability to work on-site in New Zealand
