About the role:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to be responsible for the execution and implementation of the Marketing Plan for the Elizabeth Arden brand.
The role will involve close collaboration with the EMEA team (based in Geneva headquarters) to ensure alignment with business strategy priorities, supporting the Marketing Manager across all brands, and driving profitable growth for the portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
Developing marketing plans for key launches and hero products.
Enhancing brand recognition and value through innovative activities.
Monitoring the competition and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
The position also covers daily forecast management, launch coordination, media budget definition, and the creation of effective media plans, as well as PR and social media coordination.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional with marketing skills and the ability to manage projects that contribute directly to the growth and visibility of the brand.
Requirements for the position:
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of professional experience in the mass consumer sector, with expertise in cosmetics being highly valued.
Hold a university degree.
Postgraduate studies, such as an MBA or specialization in Marketing, will be highly valued.
A high level of English is essential.
A solid command of PC tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Nielsen, and Kantar, is required, along with strong digital capabilities.
