About Rezgo:
Established in 2007, Rezgo is an industry-leading SaaS company, delivering best-in-class reservation management software for tour and activity operators worldwide. We are in the process of growing our Product team and need ambitious new talent to join us. While we are headquartered in North Vancouver, this position is remote, and
we prefer applicants from Western Canada.
The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional individual that is driven and organized to assist our Head of Product with managing workflows and improving efficiency across the product development lifecycle. Are you someone with a continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen) to reach optimal performance on a team and company level? As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivering maximum value to the customer remains our guiding principle. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, managing the journey of a feature from an initial request to a successful release.
Basic qualifications we are looking for:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with technology
Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology
Experience working in agile environments, particularly Kanban
Comfortable working with task management tools (e.g. Shortcut, Notion)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines
Extra qualification that would be a bonus:
Familiarity with coding or working alongside codebases
Experience with Git or version control concepts
Experience working with APIs or technical documentation
Experience creating flow chart, diagrams, or process documentation
Your Responsibilities would include:
Partner closely with the Head of Product to align on priorities and initiatives
Become a subject matter expert on the Rezgo platform, understanding its functionality and value proposition.
Define and maintain the product roadmap to align with customer and business objectives
Help implement and refine agile processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity
Conduct detailed feature requirements analysis to align development efforts with business objectives
Write clear, actionable epics and user stories for the development team
Coordinate development schedules, priorities, and release scopes using task management tools
Communicate and align development and release timelines with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Support onboarding of new developers through documentation and process clarity
Maintain product and process documentation and track key delivery metrics
