Responsibility
\<Position Objective/Expectation\>
This position will expand the company's sales in the Central Region of Vietnam. The candidates will work to grow our business in one of the above areas and will be in close communication with the General Director of Vietnam to discuss and execute sales strategies for business enhancement
\<Job Responsibilities\>
1. Direct Sales:
Meet sales goals and quotas assigned by the management
Support and maintain positive customer and business partner relationships and develop strong relationships with key accounts
Address customer questions and concerns expeditiously and professionally
Develop new business prospects (hospitals, labs, clinics, etc) in specific geographic areas through prospect visits, cold calls, and all other applicable methods
Demonstrate competency in the company and competitive product knowledge
Provide product, sales, and marketing support to distributors
2. Distributor Sales Support:
Act as the first point of contact for all business-related tasks related to the distributor business
Establish relationships and/or collaborations with established- and newly appointed distributors as well as with existing and/or prospect customers (including customer decision makers and those with influence)
Organize appointments and meetings routinely to cultivate positive distributor and customer rapport
Assist in the development, renewing and (re-) negotiation of new and current distribution contracts/agreements
Actively follow tender publications and assist in the analysing of technical and economical requests as well as in the formulation of winning tender strategies
Assist in negotiating the conditions for placing the company's products on market
Attend and co-organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Identify potential of new business opportunities
3. Others:
Responsible for timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as weekly reports, expense reports, etc
Provide company's management with market trends and competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies/tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
Create sales proposals and discuss them with the General Manager
Perform duties assigned or accepted as out of the guidelines
Requirements
・Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành công nghệ sinh học, khoa học sự sống, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
・Giới tính: Bất kỳ
・Độ tuổi: Bất kỳ
・Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh - Trình độ Kinh doanh
・Kinh nghiệm:
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Bán hàng (sales)
- Có 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Mua lại Doanh nghiệp Mới
- Cần đảm bảo không gian làm việc riêng tư và yên tĩnh, phù hợp để làm văn phòng tại nhà
\<Kỹ năng/Kinh nghiệm cần thiết\>
・Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ nhà phân phối và/hoặc hỗ trợ đấu thầu trong thị trường chẩn đoán lâm sàng
・Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bệnh viện hoặc phòng xét nghiệm lâm sàng với thành công đã được chứng minh là một lợi thế
・Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại một công ty Nhật Bản là một lợi thế
・Có khả năng tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế
