Job Summary:
We are hiring
Denodo Technical Lead
and
Denodo Engineer
to design, develop, and manage data virtualization solutions using the Denodo Platform. The roles involve integrating multiple data sources, optimizing data services, and collaborating with data engineering and BI teams to deliver high-performance data solutions. The Technical Lead will drive architecture and governance, while the Engineer will focus on development and implementation.

1️⃣ Denodo Technical Lead
* Lead architecture and implementation of data virtualization solutions using Denodo
* Define governance, standards, and best practices for the Denodo platform
* Drive performance optimization and troubleshooting
* Mentor Denodo engineers and lead technical delivery
Required Skills \& Qualifications:
Denodo Certified Architect or Denodo Certified Developer (Advanced) - highly recommended.
5+ years of experience in data integration, data warehousing, or data virtualization
Deep hands-on expertise with Denodo Platform (v8.0+), including VQL, data sources connectivity, caching strategies, and REST/SOAP data services.
Strong understanding of data modelling concepts (logical, physical, and virtual)
Experience integrating Denodo with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, cloud data warehouses (Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services), and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau)
Proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Python or REST API development.
Cloud platform experience (Azure preferably).
2️⃣ Denodo Engineer
* Develop and maintain virtual databases, views, and data services
* Integrate multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, enterprise systems)
* Implement caching, scheduling, and performance optimization
* Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Denodo Certified Developer - mandatory.
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Denodo Platform, including VQL and data source configuration.
Solid understanding of data integration patterns and virtual data layer concepts.
Experience connecting Denodo to a variety of source systems (SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, flat files, REST APIs, cloud platforms).
Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
💡 Nice to Have:
Azure / AWS / GCP, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Cognos), Data Governance knowledge.
